An evening of Yoga Nidra with Tori
Followed by hot Tea and a Buddha Bowl Dinner

Yoga Nidra will leave you feeling deeply rested, refreshed and centered as if you’ve had a 3-hour nap, making anything you do easier, including deep sleep. Yoga Nidra also has the potential to offer subconscious shifts that reveal a fresh view of life. The practice is, at least, extremely relaxing and at best, completely transformative.

Tori will guide you through a few deep stretch poses before we create our nests for the 45 minute guided Nidra. There will be hot tea and time for you to awaken from the drowsy state of Yoga Nidra. We follow up with a delicious, soul satisfying Buddha Bowl dinner of quinoa, rice or other grain with choices of cooked farm fresh veggies, crunchy toppings and sauces prepared specifically for this event, by chef Gail Taisey of Pear Blossom Farm.
